The terms that apply when you buy from TrophyMan.
Please read these terms before ordering. They explain how orders, personalisation, payment, delivery, cancellation and problems with goods are handled.
Please read these terms before ordering. They explain how orders, personalisation, payment, delivery, cancellation and problems with goods are handled.
These terms apply to products that Trophyman Supplies Limited supplies to consumers through the TrophyMan website. They do not remove or reduce any rights you have under consumer law. Please contact us before ordering if you need clarification or if a deadline is important.
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary between screens and materials, and handmade or manufactured items may have minor variations that do not affect their normal use. Product availability can change.
Please check the product, quantity, size, colour, wording, artwork, delivery details and required date before placing your order.
You are responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, wording, logos and other material you provide. You confirm that you have permission to use any artwork, logo, trade mark, photograph or other material supplied to us and that our use of it to fulfil your order will not infringe another person’s rights.
Specialist engraved products such as glass awards may require a proof before engraving starts. Where a proof is required, approval is mandatory. You may request changes, but each round of changes or any delay in approval can affect the dispatch or collection date. Production begins only after the required proof is approved.
All prices displayed on the website include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are shown separately where relevant. If an obvious pricing or description error is identified before an order is supplied, we will contact you and will not require you to proceed at the incorrect price.
Online payment is processed securely through Dojo Checkout. Available methods currently include major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported by your device and the checkout. We do not receive your full card details. An order must be paid as required by the checkout before it can be fulfilled.
We deliver within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail for some smaller packages and a tracked courier for larger parcels. Current standard charges and collection hours are set out on our Delivery & Returns page.
A required weekday date selected at checkout must be at least three working days away. It is a requested date and does not override a longer stated production period. Proof approval, engraving, bespoke work, events outside our reasonable control and delivery-network delays can affect timing. If a material delay becomes known, we will contact you using the details supplied with the order.
If collecting, wait until we confirm that the order is ready before travelling to 2–4 Kathleen Road.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once personalised or made-to-specification work has started, we may be unable to change or cancel it.
For standard goods bought online, consumers normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us they wish to cancel, followed by 14 days to return them. The change-of-mind right does not normally apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. Full details, return costs and refund timing are on our Delivery & Returns page.
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their usual purpose. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly with the order details. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances. Personalised goods remain protected by these rights.
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have the benefit of mandatory local consumer protections and may be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
Use this form only if you wish to cancel an eligible distance contract. You may instead email us with the same information.
